About Us
Our physical campus was located in a relatively quiet subdivision on Klein Road, just to the west of Three Rivers Road and north of Dedeaux Road.
Our regular meeting times were:
Sunday morning at 9:30 for Sunday School (all ages), 10:45 AM for fellowship,and 11:00 for corporate worship.
Sunday evenings, we met at 5:00 PM for an hour of discipleship studies and discussion.
Wednesday evenings, our prayer meeting began at 6:00 PM.
Olivet was a Southern Baptist congregation, independently governed by our local body. However, in the spirit of global outreach and maximum stewardship effectiveness, we partnered with other south Mississippi Baptist Churches through the Gulf Coast Baptist Association and the Mississippi Baptist Convention. In these partnerships, we pursued obedience to the Great Commission, as found in Matthew 28:18-20.
